THE SPRINT MODEL
Intensive programs that build capability through real projects
Sprints are deliberately small, invite-only cohorts (20 participants maximum) that bring together experts from across disciplines to tackle complex climate capability challenges.
Each sprint is structured around a live case study, grounding discussion in real constraints rather than theory. Participants work through system-level challenges across multiple sessions, building shared understanding and surfacing workforce capability gaps that can inform future projects.
Sprint insights are captured and synthesized into public knowledge infrastructure through partnerships with Climatalist, ensuring learnings extend far beyond the cohort itself.

Sprint duration varies by topic complexity. Intensive format with weekly live sessions focused on applied discussion, not presentations.

Better Data Centres Sprint
An innovation intelligence sprint building workforce capability for sustainable data infrastructure in Australia
Australia is entering a critical phase in data center expansion. Growth driven by AI, cloud computing, and digital sovereignty is exposing constraints across energy systems, water availability, planning processes, and community acceptance.
The Better Data Centres Sprint responds by grounding learning in a live Australian case (Barossa Green) and bringing experts into structured, cross-disciplinary dialogue. Through five focused sessions, participants surface where workforce capability exists, where it is misaligned, and where new skills and roles are required.
Sprint insights directly inform workforce planning, training pathways, and regional readiness for next-generation data center precincts.
